On August 1st, we presented our case to the zoning board and with a vote of 5 to 0 received a zoning variance from the City of Concord. This is very exciting news, because this variance will allow us to operate a wedding venue on the property at 63 Bog Rd. The next steps involve working with an engineering firm to develop a master site plan which will need to be submitted to the Concord planning board for final building approval. We’re also working in parallel with an environmental scientist to submit the necessary paperwork for any wetland impacts we may have. Once all the paperwork is approved, we hope to begin building the barn in early 2019, and plan to be begin hosting weddings and events in the Spring of 2020.
