With the Coronavirus going around right now, many couples are stuck at home and waiting for everything to pass before they tour venues. Did you know that we can offer a ‘virtual tour’ of our barn? While this isn’t exactly a ‘tour’ per se, what we do is set up a video call where we can meet with you virtually and then we share our screen to show you the floorplan for our barn, the site plan for the property, describe the location and discuss our catering options and pricing details. We’ve been meeting with many couples each week to do this and we’d be happy to meet with you! If you’d like to schedule a ‘virtual tour’ / video call with us, please visit this link to schedule a date and time: https://calendly.com/bullmeadow/meeting

Over the last 6 months, we’ve been working diligently with our Engineering firm and Architect to finalize the design and site plan for the barn. Earlier today that work began paying off. This morning we received approval from the Concord Architectural Design Review Committee (ADRC) – with minimal changes to the design of the barn. These minor changes include adding muntins to the second floor windows, replacing the half-moon window on the rear of the barn and creating a larger overhang near the entrance. This is great news for us and brings the barn one step closer to fruition.
In 2 more weeks (February 20th) we’ll be having our first planning board review meeting, and we’re keeping our fingers crossed that we’ll receive more good news then. Stay tuned!
Also – here are some preliminary renderings of the barn.
